About SafeBeat
At SafeBeat, we’re not just another company monitoring the heart – we’re rewriting how we treat it using ECG AI. We’ve signed multiple enterprise contracts that we’re going to be raising a Series A to deliver on. We need a dynamic leader at this exciting inflection point as we prepare for rapid scaling. As Head of Growth, you’ll report to the physician founder and leadership team to support our enterprise accounts, including the largest cardiologist network in the US, and strategic partnerships. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to move at startup speed.
Core Focus Areas
- Strategic Partnerships & Business Development:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with MedTech leaders, hospital systems, device manufacturers, and key opinion leaders
- Develop partnership frameworks that unlock new distribution channels and co-development opportunities
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead preparation of investor materials: pitch decks, financial models, due-diligence packs
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with VCs, strategic investors, and grant agencies
- Clinical Operations Excellence:
- Oversee end-to-end clinical logistics: patient onboarding, liaising with physician offices, data coordination
- Streamline workflows at our diagnostic treatment facility alongside cardiac technicians
Key Responsibilities
- Drive partnership strategy and close high-value agreements to accelerate market adoption
- Coordinate all fundraising activities and manage investor communications
- Liaise closely with the development team to align product roadmaps with clinical needs
- Lead customer post-sale implementation and integrations
- Lead recruitment and performance evaluation for operations and partnership roles
- Implement and manage patient SMS workflows that will be billed to insurances, ensuring timely patient outreach, consent capture, and integrations with SafeBeat application
- Develop and optimize the Chronic Care Management (CCM) care plan process including care-plan drafting, patient engagement messaging, and documentation tracking
- Oversee patient onboarding workflows, including device setup, training materials, consent processes, and initial monitoring configuration to ensure a smooth transition into our care programs
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or Business
- 3+ years of Technical/Industry experience including Operations and Business Leadership, and Forming Strategic Partnerships
- Exceptional technical/scientific writing and presentation skills for both academic and investor audiences
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project-management capabilities
- Excellent organization, task management/follow-through, and closed-loop communication with the team
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed to hit aggressive milestones

Our digital health platform combines FDA-cleared wearables with ECG software to monitor heart rhythm in patients on cardiac medications.
