Sr. Software Engineer

Own major product surfaces on Handle's agent platform. You'll set technical direction, architect core systems, and ship high-leverage work end-to-end alongside a small team.

• Design, build, and evolve full-stack systems across Handle's agent platform
• Architect scalable services that process thousands of insurance workflows daily
• Set technical direction and raise the bar on code quality, testing, and reliability
• Mentor teammates and help grow a strong engineering culture as the team scales
• Participate in on-call and take ownership of production systems end-to-end

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep experience building products on modern stacks, such as TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python, or similar
• Experience designing, operating, and debugging systems in production
• Experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks, or AI-native products — side projects count
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and API design
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Spanish fluency
