Insurance Operations Analyst

Bridge the gap between insurance domain expertise and AI technology. You'll ensure Handle's agents understand and correctly execute real-world insurance workflows.

• Map and document end-to-end insurance workflows across lines of business
• Define quality benchmarks and review AI agent outputs for accuracy
• Build training datasets and labeling guidelines for ML models
• Work with customers to onboard their workflows onto the Handle platform
• Identify automation opportunities and help prioritize the product roadmap

• 2+ years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting, or claims
• Strong understanding of P&C or specialty insurance workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Clear written communication skills for documentation and process design
• Comfort working with technology tools and learning new software quickly
• Spanish fluency
