The Role

We’re looking for a visionary and data-driven Head of Marketing to lead regional marketing strategies, performance campaigns, brand storytelling, and community building across one or more of our key target markets: EU & UK, Middle East, LatAm, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own and scale full-funnel marketing strategies across digital, social, influencer, and offline channels.

  2. Develop localized brand positioning and campaigns tailored to regional Gen-Z audiences.

  3. Collaborate closely with creative, performance, content, and product marketing teams.

  4. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-backed decisions.

  5. Oversee regional budget allocation, performance reporting, and campaign optimization.

  6. Build and manage high-performing, cross-functional marketing teams.

  7. Establish key media and influencer partnerships to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

  1. 7+ years in marketing leadership, ideally in fashion, DTC, or youth-driven consumer brands.

  2. Demonstrated success driving brand growth and community engagement in EU & UK, ME, LatAm, or KR.

  3. Strong grasp of social platforms, content strategy, and cultural nuance across markets.

  4. Hands-on experience with paid media, lifecycle marketing, and brand development.

  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  6. Fluency in English; regional languages are a plus (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, Korean, French).
