Marketing Intern - Creative Role

Asendia AI is building the AI operating system for staffing agencies. Staffing is a $500B+ industry still running on manual phone screens, gut-feel candidate scoring, and recruiters drowning in repetitive calls. We're replacing that entire workflow with voice AI agents that screen, verify, and score candidates 24/7, then feed structured data directly back into the agency's ATS. Our AI agent "Sarah" conducts live phone interviews, detects fraud, evaluates candidate fit, and hands recruiters a scored shortlist instead of a pile of resumes. We're already live with staffing agencies across the US and Europe, running thousands of automated screens across healthcare, IT, and blue-collar verticals. We’re now expanding our team and looking for talented Marketing Interns to join us for Q4. This will be an exciting period of growth as we sponsor and host industry events, launch new marketing initiatives, and expand Asendia AI’s presence across the staffing industry.

• Create content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and other marketing channels
• Support conferences, sponsorships, and networking events
• Capture and share event photos, videos, and key takeaways
• Assist with outreach before and after events
• Research industry trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities
• Help create presentations, promotional materials, and campaigns
• Track marketing performance and suggest new growth ideas

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in marketing, AI, recruiting, and startups
• Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social platforms
• Comfort representing Asendia AI at professional events
• Canva, video-editing, or email-marketing experience is a plus

This internship offers hands-on experience in event marketing, content creation, partnerships, and startup growth. You’ll work directly with the Asendia AI team, contribute to meaningful projects, and help shape the voice of a fast-growing AI company.
