Robotics is the new paradigm. With hardware converging, Intelligence is the biggest bottleneck. Our world was built for humans and we're giving robots the ability to reason and act like us.

The way we learn any task - by seeing, doing, and feeling - is how we train robots. We're building general intelligence that works on any robot and fits seamlessly within our world.

We're building foundation models for deploying general-purpose manipulation robots.

Our data infrastructure generates rich, multi-modal human demonstration data at exponential scale. We use it to train manipulation models that work reliably across tasks, objects, and robot embodiments. We are live in deployment across multiple verticals.

This is a front-row seat at a company working at the frontier of robotics. Deployment is the biggest bottleneck in robotics and you'll work directly with the founders and learn how robot deployments are secured, how pilots turn into contracts, how a seed-stage company runs, and how a deeptech business gets built from the inside. You'll have ownership of multiple workstreams from day one.

What you'll do:

• Run outbound and inbound to customers and investors, and join key calls you book
• Own GTM at conferences and in-person events
• Take operational ownership of how a company runs, working across founders, customers, vendors and hires
• Own branding and marketing, including how we tell the company's story

You should have:

• Genuine interest in robotics and how frontier technology gets deployed commercially
• Comfort with unglamorous work and ownership of things nobody is checking on
• Proof of decision-making with incomplete information
• Absolute hustle, you drive things to done without being told

We are developing foundational models for general purpose manipulation, trained on human demonstration data collected from our data factories – facilities where human data generators wear our data collection gloves and perform various tasks.

We use this data to train custom models that generalize over tasks, objects and work on any robot hardware.
