APAC Operations

As Tplus expands into new markets we want to hire people experienced operating in these markets. You would help lead our expansion into APAC - overseeing business development and operational functions necessary to grow in APAC.

• Experience opening a region for a company entering it from outside • Crypto-native background

• Be t+ in the region - Singapore & Hong Kong first, then Korea & Japan, then SEA more broadly • Start building the APAC team • Support entity setup and licensing work in-region • Learn the product deeply - you'd be on stage at conferences

Applicants must be as passionate about building the next generation of financial markets as we are. We don't care if that's because you love hard problems, winning, or have an island on your bucket list. Practically this means you'll hop on an international flight with a few days notice, work a 120 hour week, or call in every personal favour you have if it's necessary for us to succeed.
