What you might do (depends on you)

• Build product end-to-end - from customer problem to shipped feature
• Prototype workflows with customers and turn them into something repeatable
• Create internal leverage: tools, automations, onboarding flows, distribution systems
• Bring signal back to the product team: what’s breaking, what’s working, what creates ROI
