Founding Engineer - Full Stack

Andy automates clinical documentation for nurses who do home visits. Nurses make an audio recording of their visit, and our software automatically generates a completed form that otherwise takes 90 minutes per patient.

America has a massive nursing shortage. Yet, the healthcare system demands that nurses spend half their time on documentation, not patient care. Join us to fix this problem: to end nurse burnout and improve the quality of care at home for older adults.

Home health nursing is a $250B industry, where 40% of revenue is spent on administrative tasks. Within 5 years, every nursing note will be done by purpose-built AI.

We’re a small team of engineers (Google/Apple) & clinicians, passionate about improving healthcare in a focused and meaningful way.

You will design & scale systems from scratch and jump in on the highest-impact projects:

• Launch AI features to cleverly extract structured data from messy PDFs & audio transcripts
• Build intuitive UX that make humans more accurate/productive
• Scale backends and experiment with new tools

Bonus: learn medicine & see how money flows in healthcare.

You are a strong generalist engineer who takes end-to-end ownership from idea to launch. You’ll be successful with Andy if you:
