atopile is building the AI-native platform for hardware engineering. We help teams go from requirements to manufacturable electronics faster by combining AI agents, code-based design, and deep engineering automation. Founded by ex-Tesla engineers, atopile’s mission is to make hardware development as fast and scalable as modern software development.

atopile is for builders. We look for people with unusually high agency, deep technical expertise, and genuine ownership. The strongest candidates care about outcomes, not just implementations. They take responsibility for making things successful end-to-end, whether that means writing code, talking to customers, refining product direction, or solving operational problems. Many of us come from hardware backgrounds, but we hire exceptional engineers from any discipline.
