Software Engineer

Build across the Handle stack — APIs, data pipelines, agent tooling, and interfaces. Open to strong new grads through senior engineers who want to own meaningful product surface area from day one.

• Ship features end-to-end across the backend, data, and frontend of Handle's agent platform
• Design and build integrations with customer systems, APIs, and legacy platforms
• Partner with product and operations to turn real insurance workflows into reliable software
• Write clean, well-tested code and take ownership of the systems you build
• Participate in code review, technical design, and on-call as the team grows

• Strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, APIs, relational databases)
• Proficiency in TypeScript or Python — comfortable working across the full stack
• Bias toward shipping: you get working software in front of users and iterate
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Spanish fluency
• Open to all experience levels, from new grads to seasoned senior engineers
